Water is the theme developed in the Malls Central sector, echoing the past of this site which was under water before becoming a new part of greater Tunis.

The two “Pearl of the lake” buildings will interact in light.

One of the two buildings is inspired by the effects of light on the surface of the water, the other is inspired by light seen from below the surface of the water.

The Pearl of the Lake inscribes the sector in the great nocturnal landscape of Tunis.

The two big lots which mark the entrance to the Central Mall propagate the luminous climate through office facades that vibrate with dynamic lighting integrated into the facade but invisible to the occupants of the offices.
